Can’t find the email? Have a look in your promotions or spam folder first. If it isn’t there, go to the store you shop with and open its Gift Vault page ~ pop your email in and it sends you a fresh link.

Then there is nothing for you to open yet, and that is all this means ~ nothing has gone wrong. Your Gift Vault belongs to the store you shop with, and this page on its own can’t look anyone up.

Joining is free wherever it’s open: visit the store you like, find its Gift Vault page, and leave your email ~ Gift 1 is yours for joining, and every order after that opens the next one.
